🔁 Returns & Refund Policy – Not Grandmas Fabric

At Not Grandmas Fabric, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products (cut fabric, limited runs, and small-batch items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order before checking out, including item selection, quantities, and shipping address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review and make it right if the error was on our end.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Not Grandmas Fabric is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we’re always happy to help guide you through filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Color & Print Variations  
We do our best to accurately display colors and designs, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric printing, and batch differences. These are not considered defects.
